- Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), the County Attorney’s Office is requesting an Executive Session regarding the following matters pertaining to Marshall v. Dix, Case No. 21-01971-GPG-STV:
1. Conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions related to the above referenced litigation matter; and
2. Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators related to the above referenced litigation matter.
