Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), the County Attorney’s Office is requesting an Executive Session with the Board of County Commissioners regarding the following litigation matter: Duda v. Elder, Case No. 1:18-cv-02890-RBJ; to include (continued from June 7, 2022): 1) Conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions related to the above referenced litigation matter; and 2) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators regarding to issues related to the above referenced litigation matter.
