a.
Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), the County Attorney’s Office is requesting an Executive Session regarding issues associated with the Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights (TABOR), to include: 1) Conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions, including but not limited to options for ballot questions and/or return of taxpayer funds; and 2) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators.
b.
Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a), (b) and (e), the County Attorney’s Office is requesting an Executive Session with the Board of County Commissioners concerning the possible sale of County-owned property located at 301/305 South Union Boulevard to address the following: 1) The transfer or sale of any real, personal, or other property interest; 2) Conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions; and 3) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators.
