Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), the County Attorney’s Office is requesting an Executive Session regarding litigation filed by the Estate of Cristo Canett in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, Case No. 23-CV-01211. The purposes of the Executive Session include (1) conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions related to a litigation matter; and (2) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators.
