Executive Session

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), the County Attorney’s Office is requesting an Executive Session regarding litigation filed by Alexandro Duran in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, Case No. 2023-cv-02853. The purposes of the Executive Session include (1) conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of discussing legal advice on specific legal questions related to a litigation matter; and (2) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators.
