Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (d), the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Security Division and the County Attorney's Office are requesting an Executive Session with the Board of County Commissioners related to security arrangements for heavily attended public meetings at the Centennial Hall Auditorium; to include specialized details of security arrangements or investigations, including where disclosure of the matters discussed might reveal information that could be used for the purpose of committing, or avoiding prosecution for, a violation of the law, and for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions regarding legal options for managing heavily attended public meetings at the Centennial Hall Auditorium.
