A request by the El Paso County Planning and Community Development Department to amend Chapters 1, 5, and 6 of the El Paso County Land Development Code (2018) as it relates to Small Cell and Commercial Mobile Radio Service Facilities (CMRS). Staff is also requesting the Board of County Commissioners adopt the revised CMRS Facility Removal Agreement.
