A request by the El Paso County Planning and Community Development Department to amend Chapters 1, 5, and 6 of the El Paso County Land Development Code (2018) as it relates to Small Cell and Commercial Mobile Radio Service Facilities (CMRS) as well as over the air reception devices. Staff is also requesting the Board of County Commissioners adopt the revised CMRS Facility Removal Agreement and adopt a new fee for a Small Cell review.
