Executive Session
a.
Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), the County Attorney’s Office is requesting an Executive Session with the Board of County Commissioners regarding the litigation matter known as Saul Cisneros, et al. v. Bill Elder, Case No. 18CV30549, to include:
1) Conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions related to a litigation matter, including but not limited to a potential appeal of a District Court Order; and
2) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators with regard to issues related to the detention of inmates for purposes of honoring federal immigration detainers.

Pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), an Executive Session is requested of the Board of County Commissioners regarding the County’s 2018 award of Federal Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) grant funds to support the expansion of I-25 and the necessary intergovernmental agreements with the Federal Highway Authorities and the Colorado Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
1. Conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions including but not limited to, process and procedures surrounding the award of the grant application at the state and federal level; and
