El Paso County, et al., 16-cv-1065-KLM, to include the following: 1) Conference with the County Attorney’s Office for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions related to a litigation matter; and 2) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators.
